FWCC's innovative foam and micro fiber wiping products are used in many fine line printing operations to remove ink, paste and epoxy from mesh masks, screens and stencils. In advanced screen printing processes the wiper is often the limiting factor as traditional polyester and non-woven wipers generate fibers from routing screen and stencil cleaning. UltraSORB® and FirmWIPE® foam wipers are constructed from super abrasion resistant polyurethanes so fiber contamination on the screen and stencil can finally be designed out of the screen printing process.
