Kidney Dialysis Kit Assembly Line
This system automates the assembly of the borla clamp, end cap, and soft flexible tube into an integrated 'shell' product found in the kits.
Production encompasses a series of sub-assembly machines and a final assembly machine to form the finished product. As each machine processes more than one type of product at any one time, the inline QC system had to be flexible to handle different models; and be highly accurate to ensure that there would not be any error in identifying and sorting the varying products.
